How to Use
- Set tower bars and springs for the chosen Cadillac exercise; verify covered springs and straps are secured.
- For Reformer work, adjust headrest (3 positions) and foot bar (4 positions) for client height.
- Select spring resistance (light/medium/strong) appropriate to movement and control.
- Use quick-release pulley bars to change height between sequences; remove towers as needed for outside-the-unit work.
Care & Maintenance
